Magnesium Oil Spray

Magnesium is an essential trace element necessary for muscle function. Magnesium Oil may be used to help relax achy muscles, reduce muscle cramps and spasms, reduce stress, headaches, and improve sleep.

Patch Test: apply a nickel size amount of product to inner arm or at bend of your elbow for at least 24-48hrs to test for sensitivity. If you are allergic to herbal ingredients do not use. If you are pregnant consult a physician prior to use.  

How To Use: Apply 3 to 5 sprays to the area needed or to the bottom of feet, massage into the area of skin until it is completely absorbed, allow to air dry. After the area is dry, take a damp cloth to wipe away any of the residual salt (white areas) that has not been absorbed into the skin.
