Therapeutic Relief Foot Soak

Patch Test: apply a nickel size amount of product to inner arm or at bend of your elbow for at least 24-48hrs to test for sensitivity. If you are allergic to herbal ingredients do not use. If you are pregnant consult a physician prior to use.  

How To Use: Add 1/2 to 1 cup of Therapeutic Relief Foot Soak in warm water (as warm as you can stand it), allow it to sit for approx. 3-5 in a foot basin. Place your feet in the water and soak for 15 - 20 mins. Pat dry and add our Whipped Hydration Body Butter or Oatmeal & Aloe Moisturizer for added moisture, hydration and soft supple skin.

Added Benefits: Add 1/2 cup of Vinegar and 1/2 cup of Original Listerine for their softening and anti-fungal properties.

 Magnesium Flakes: Redness reduction, Anti-inflammatory properties. Magnesium plays a crucial role in muscle function and recovery. It help soothe sore muscles, reduce inflammation, and promote faster recovery after exercise. 

Peppermint: It has a cooling, calming effect, helps relieve muscle pain, and foot odor. 

Coconut Milk: Moisturizes, soothes, hydrates and gently exfoliates the skin. It is calming and reduces redness and inflammation. Anti-aging properties.

Green Tea: A potent anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal properties, helps heal abrasions, reduces foot odor and nourishes skin.
